Kindred Soul Relations provides professional marketing, branding, and public relations consulting services. All services are non-tangible, non-physical, and delivered digitally or through scheduled sessions.

Services are provided based on the scope outlined in the client’s agreement, invoice, or package description at the time of purchase.

All payments are due in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment via ACH transfer, debit card, and credit card through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, the client authorizes Kindred Soul Relations to charge the selected payment method for agreed-upon services.

Recurring services are billed on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

Kindred Soul Relations does not accept cash, peer-to-peer transfers, or third-party payments not authorized by the client.

Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with at least 24–48 hours’ notice, depending on the service, as stated at the time of booking.

Once services have been rendered, payments are non-refundable.

For recurring monthly services, clients may cancel by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle begins, fees for that period are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for completed services, missed sessions, or unused time.

Clients agree to contact Kindred Soul Relations directly to resolve any billing questions or concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for services already rendered may result in termination of services and collection efforts where applicable.

While Kindred Soul Relations provides professional guidance and strategic recommendations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, media placements, or business performance. All services are advisory in nature and depend on factors beyond our control, including client execution and external market conditions.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and necessary materials required to deliver services effectively.

Failure to provide required information or attend scheduled sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Kindred Soul Relations shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Kindred Soul Relations is registered.

Kindred Soul Relations reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
